Wild
Through the forests of Faerun,
Lonely and wild,
Walks a silent and strange,
But innocent child.
Her footfalls are soft,
And her voice is so sweet,
She charms birds from the trees,
And sprites from the creek.
The wilderness loves her,
It's wild free babe,
And it holds her so close,
She will never be tamed.
So when she returns,
To her life and her home,
No-one can keep her,
Not with iron nor stone.
For the forest has cliamed her,
And while she walks on her own,
Mother nature will keep her,
And she's never alone.
